I booked a room that did not say no elevator service (second floor) and when we arrived, the staff was more than helpful in assisting getting our bags up to the room. I could have booked a room in the part that did have elevator service had I known the booked room did not."

"The hedge at the driveway exit is very high, blocking the sight. It is not safe. There is a glass splash by the shower tab, about 2 feet wide. It is very difficult to turn on the water. There is no shower curtain, need to hide at the bathtub corner to take the shower so as to avoid splashing water to the floor. In general, the room is clean. The carpet is very clean. A very nice stay."
