“This is our go-to place to stay when it's available. The location is great, the rooms are interesting (the smaller ones are really only suitable for a solo traveller) and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room 5 was a little noisy in the morning, but being on the front, this was no great surprise. It's a lovely place to stay.”

“Very friendly, comfortable old country inn on the edge of a large village green. We enjoyed a good pub food dinner and hearty breakfast. A friendly welcome when we arrived and our room was very clean and comfortable with a TV, tea & coffee making, and nice toiletries in the bathroom. ”

“After many years living in central Dorking and now living elsewhere, this is our ‘go to’ hotel when we visit family in the area. Since it’s refurbishment it is a nice place to stay and within easy walking of restaurants and shops on Dorking High Street. Parking is limited on site, but both M&S and Sainsbury’s have paid car parking and the hours are 8am - 6pm Mon - Sat.
