"No lights in the room and shower curtain so long that you could slip on it while showering. Multiple times asked staff to put light bulbs in. I was there for 4 nights and never fixed. Staff said on day of departure that they could send someone up. What’s the use when I was leaving. I just hope they fix it for the next guess. Also reported it to the general manager and because we didnt book the hotel directly with them they couldn’t compensate or issues a discount or refund for the safety issues. It shouldn’t matter how a person books the hotel you should always make it right! "

"Clean room. Friendly staff. Quick shuttle ride. I used the gym which was small but adequate. The breakfast room seems a bit small for such a big hotel."

"The heater was extremely loud preventing a decent night's sleep. Maintenance was sent to fix it and it did get better but loud nonetheless. The room was a decent size. Suggest not to pay more than $80 for the room. Very convenient access to the airport. The shuttle was a plus. (Didn't use)"

"Simple, clean rooms. The staff member at the front desk was friendly, thorough, and efficient. It was the best check-in & out I've ever experienced. "

"Only had 5 and 1/2 hours in the hotel wasn't able to try anything out except the bed the only thing I wish is I wish they would offer a special rate for people that have short layovers like that like five or six hours"

"This hotel surprised in two delightful ways. First, you can call them and they will send the shuttle. Much better than having to wait for a once-per-hour shuttle like so many places have. Second, they have a fantastic little Asian restaurant right in the lobby. We had several dinners and a breakfast there. Delicious!"
