"The shuttle was good. When you get to the hotel shuttle picked up spot you dial 90 on the phone on the wall to tell SeaTac Inn you waiting. I made another reservation fot May 9th."

"Great comfortable beds and a quiet room. Room was a little small- particularly the bathroom and tub layout was odd.water pressure could have been better on 5th floor. . Enjoyed the included breakfast. "

"Requested at time of booking for a quiet location, instead got room next to elevator and maid service area.( Hotel was not very full at all ) White bathroom floor dirty, Long black hairs on bed, no coffee maker. Noisy night, sink would not drain. Cold breakfast with minimal offerings, no hot items, no coffee when we went down. Lobby agent very unfriendly at 7am, 15 minutes later she brought a coffee pot into lobby which was like brown hot water. No coffee in breakfast room. Room to sit down in was across hall, a very Micky mouse set up with bare bones minimum akin to a super 8, not a Hilton, spark or otherwise. Perhaps it all was just due to the usual passive aggressive Seattle customer service - some of you will know exactly what I am talking about. I would never stay here again."

"It's not bad, but it's not great. Smells like an old hotel in places. Staff was nice. Had to pay $35 for parking, so more expensive than other options that don't blindside you with fees. Hot tub was also closed... i really wanted a soak."
