“No hot water. No breakfast included. No near (walkable) restaurants/ shopping.”

“Great stay! Highly recommend.”

“The location is great. We are not motel guest, we normally stay at a hotel. This was different for us. The rooms are comfortable but really outdated. I was not happy with one thing... the towels they had a hue of yellow which makes me think there not clean other than that it was ok.”

“We were in room 105. There was visible evidence of water flooding under the ac unit. The carpeting in the hall outside of our room smelled musty. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. However the couch was heavily stained and appeared to have been in service way too long. It was also very uncomfortable.”

“I had the most amazing stay. You can walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the lobby and porch area - so cozy and chic. Will definitely stay her again.”

“Rooms were clean but dated. Had an issue with shower and sink. The room phone didn’t work and staff stated they had several rooms like that and had no intention of fixing because people have cell phones”

“The Asbury Ocean Club Hotel is a dream location / hotel. The staff was gracious in everyway and made our stay even more special. Unfortunately, being October, we could not utilize the pool but the space is gorgeous even just to sit and watch the waves. Used out Expedia credits towards breakfast and it was AMAZING! The pumpkin French toast was to die for! I would highly recommend this location and we hope to be back!”

“Clean room and staff was helpful. Short walk to the boardwalk.”

“Dirty and way over priced.”

“We found that you were to be an attractive, well-maintained lodging with helpful staff. Spring Lake is a lovely town and the hotel has a wonderful location, adjacent to Spring Lake (the lake) itself and two blocks from the ocean, lovely areas for a walk.”

“Room was spacious, clean, balcony There are no staff on property. You receive a code for your room door No front desk. Check in and out by text. There are no luggage carts. Resturant that is downstairs Blend is excellent. Parking is limited.”

“Wonderful place for the price and staff was very helpful.”
