“good”

“Great room no problems. Great restaurant next door.”

“Property was well maintained. Room was very clean and had a lot of room to move. Liked that it was quiet, and felt very comfortable there. Didn't see or deal with any of the staff. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The first unit I reserved had some issues - sliding door wouldn't open and logging into the TV, but the host moved us to another unit that was much better. We didn't know that places would be closed either due to it being off season or Easter weekend. We had to go into Banner Elk to eat and buy groceries. Just wanted to add that for people like us that don't travel to the mountains often. Overall we had a good trip, but I would stay in Banner Elk, Boone, or Blowing Rock next time.”

“Clean helpful breakfast but fireplace is cosmetic only”

“Limited number of USB power outlets located in the room.”

“Our room very spacious but had old mildew smell and rugs were stained. Beds were made but lack tidiness. Front desk clerk was nice and helpful with direct us to our room.”

“Wonderful property… staff was most hospitable and helpful…room was comfortable and breakfast was well prepared, tasteful and nutritious…. And the location was perfect !!”

“Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful.”

“It was a nice experience staying there, the only thing was that we ran out of hot water.”

“The rooftop bar staff need some additional training on mixology The TV remote had dead batteries and a remote that was as counter-intuitive as anything i’ve ever encountered.”

“Great place to stay with your pets room was big and clean. The beds was comfortable. The staff fantastic with easy checkin and out. I just wish they had better relief area for pets.”

“Hotel was awesome!!”
