"I had a wonderful stay at U Nimman in Chiang Mai. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Nimmanhaemin with so many cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, which made exploring the area very easy. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly warm, friendly, and always helpful throughout my visit. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai."

"Great value for money, considering the pool villa comes with a huge personal pool and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Was also not expecting the many fantastic opportunities for birding, right in my villa. The resort grounds are pretty with lush hillside views that you will want to photograph. The only potential negative is that there is only one restaurant, with dishes that are hit and miss. But I did really enjoy some of the Thai food on offer. As this resort has been around for some time, expect some minor wear and tear, but these were mostly non-issues for me. Overall, a wonderful escape!"

"Took a family studio but unfortunately one of the toilets was not operational. It wss a 2bdr, 2 washroom suite Small botique hotel - clean rooms, courteous staff, breakfast is extremely limited and made to order. Away from the city but beautiful locale. 20-25mins to city center and night market. Pool area and general areas were well maintained and spotless. Recommended "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is quiet and close to many attractions but you will need a car to get to them. We used grab. Pen is a great host and always available to help when needed. "

"We had a lovely short stay here in February, which is the quieter season (we were told domestic tourism peaks in January), so it felt especially peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful - the waterfalls are a real highlight - and we loved spotting the friendly peacocks wandering around the grounds. The resort is quite secluded, so dining options are mostly limited to the hotel’s restaurants, although there is a nice little coffee shop just a short walk away. We were also able to secure transport through the hotel to the nearby botanical gardens and Mon Jam, which was a great day out. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout - a really special spot for a calm, relaxing few days."

"Location was a bit out of the way and was hard for grab drivers to find. The beds were hard as a rock and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Staff were nice though and waterbottles were provided daily which was nice. However we were not informed prior to check in that there was a 500 bhat cash deposit so that would have been nice to know prior. Room was bare bones and basic, nothing special. Free wifi. "
