"Room was clean when we arrived day 1 house keeping offered however no services after unless asked otherwise overall stay was good"

"Staff was great, easy secure parking. Nice big fridge in the room. Shower leaked out the shower doors creating a puddle on the bathroom floor. Needed some upgrades in the bathroom. The floor was not that clean as my feet got black after my shower. Bed was fairly comfortable except for the flat pillows. The trains kept waking us up all night. Train horns seemed like every 30mins. The Hawaiian Bbq place next door had great food. "

"The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Did not sleep. The parking is terrible. We prepaid for all days and the ticket would not let me out after checkout, despite confirming with the front desk that it would. The call box on the parking meter does not work. It was incredibly difficult to hear the person on the other end because it was so scratchy. It took 10 minutes of trying to tell them that I had paid and that I need to be let out before a parking attendant finally walked out and let me out. The hotel looks nice and the dining room staff were wonderful. But I would not recommend this as a place to stay if you actually need to be comfortable and sleep."
