"The location and hotel are amazing! However the staff was not the best. We reserved a shuttle service to and from hotel, however At arrival there was no one there and they had totally forgot about us, and at checkout they also didn’t notify us night before to arrange the shuttle (even though we said we wanted one to and from airport) so we ended up having to pay for more taxis (which btw are overpriced on the whole island, be prepared to pay 30-50 euros for 10-15 min rides anywhere ) also we had 20% off spa services which they also didn’t honour (they forgot) so they discounted our breakfast for one morning. Otherwise the hotel and food and location were excellent."
