"Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. We had plenty of space for our family of four and while there were other units, there was enough space for us to keep some privacy while we utilized the pool area. The host met us close to the port and we were able to follow him in to avoid getting lost on the roads (this was especially nice because it was our first experience driving in Naxos and would have been confused on the roads) it was close enough to cute local bakeries and right in between 2...
