My short stay was faultless, everything about the hotel was excellent, even though it was during Ramadan. Minor glitch, Crossroads bar had run out of Kirin draught beer, which I had drunk the first two nights, but they had other options, went for an Italian beer, which was very nice, and gave me the first one on the house. Absolutely loved our time at the Mona A Salam. The breakfast and dinner buffets are other worldly. The bed was spacious and comfortable, even the sofa bed. The pool area was extremely relaxing, Wild Wadi was super fun and the service was too notch. We splurged in the meet and greet/airport transfer service which was divine. All and all a luxurious time.

The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. Wow. We couldn't stop saying "Wow!" Everything was spotless. Everything was exceptional. The details were well-thought-out. The butler service was outstanding. We checked in late on a Thursday night (midnight) and took an abra to Koubba Bar, which closes at 3 am -perfect! Great atmosphere with outside seating overlooking the Burj Al Arab. Another WOW! The resort is top of the line in all areas. It's so beautiful and every detail complements the next. The staff are all professional and a delight to interact with. My 50th birthday in Dubai was like a dream come true. We can't wait to return.

Everything and everyone was perfect for my two day stay. The bed was amazing, the food delightful and the staff attentive, respectful and present whenever required. I arrived early and was accommodated without any fuss. International plugs in the room, very important for a traveler.

When I first arrived at the hotel with my cousin I was cranky and tired from the long flight and ready to check in. However, we got to the hotel too early to check in and our room wasn't ready yet. The staff offered to hold our bags and we could look around the hotel and get something to eat. The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall so there are a lot of food options and stores to do some shopping. Very quite and awesome ambiance. Rich surroundings and luxurious living. The view to golf course is mesmerizing. You just sit look and forget everything. The fragrance when you enter the lobby is so good. Restaurants are also good.

A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked). Other than that, everything was great. 5 star from top to bottom! Very kind staff… I forgot my phone in a taxi, and the staff got in touch with the taxi driver and had my phone returned. Amazing service, I highly recommend staying here if you go to Dubai.

I love this hotel, it is my go to whenever I visit Dubai. The facilities are super modern and clean and it does not have the lingering smell of smoke and age that many of the hotels do. Amazing breakfast buffet with great service. I spent 9 nights stuff was very helpful I will definitely go back again
