가격 적당한 비지니스 호텔
일단 가격대비 룸 상태 양호함. 단, 주변 상가 밀집으로 밤늦게까지 상당히 시끄럽고 호텔앞 도로 교통상황이 상당히 열악함.

Stanza con affaccio sul Creek, rumorosissima per i rumori della strada e delle imbarcazioni del Creek. Le finestre non chiudono affatto bene, al punto che, oltre al rumore, in base al vento entrava in camera un forte odore di scarico dei diesel delle barche. Servizio mediocre: non rispondono praticamente mai alle email e sono poco disponibili anche di persona o sul numero WhatsApp che forniscono all'arrivo. Colazione per lo più orientale, c'è poco del dolce cui siamo abituati in italia (questa è una caratteristica, non un difetto). Posate poggiate a diretto contatto con una tovaglietta che non veniva pulita quando qualcuno si alzava. Quando ci si alzava il tavolo veniva pulito buttando le briciole per terra. Pulizia in camera mediocre, un pezzetto di carta è rimasto per terra per 5 giorni. Un giorno mancava l'asciugamano per la doccia, un altro quello per i piedi, un giorno la carta igienica... Posizione ottima se si vuole un minimo di autenticità emiratina. Supermercati nei paraggi dove comprare anche souvenir a prezzi buoni. Metropolitana verde a 7 minuti, rossa a 13 minuti a piedi.

We had a good stay overall. The reception was good( fast check in) . Breakfast was our favorite during our stay. This hotel could benefit from a good renovation ( the carpet was old, with a bit of smell) Our bedroom had some humidity stains on the walls. Linen & towels were clean but very used. I would like to appreciate the staff; they were very helpful; particularly: aquid( housekeeping), Jimmy& Ismael.

Für mich sind es 2 bis maximal 3 Sterne. Für 1-2 Nächte ist es OK. Dass Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Renovierung / Sanierung. Auf jedenfalls kein Best Western Standard.

We had a room with a small living room area, two twin beds, another room with king bed and one bathroom. There was also adequate closet space and a mini fridge, safe, kettle, and two coffee/tea cups. It was spacious and clean. However, if there are multiple people staying in one room, provide more than one room key at check in. If you only provide one key, once they are in the room they have to use that key to put in the key holder to have access to the electricity and A/C in the room. If there are two people, give two room keys, for three people give three room keys, etc. This is important because just because people check in together, does not meant they will stay together and go the same places at the same time. Also, I understand reusing the room keys once someone checks out, but at least colorox wipe/clean the room key before giving it to another person because the room keys were dirty. The same issue with the room keys occurred with the towels. Provide the adequate number of towels and wash cloths per person in the room. The breakfast buffet was unorganized and disappointing. No one checked us in or took us to a table. You basically have to grab a table wherever you can and ask the staff to clean it off for you, and they just clean off the plates/bowls/cups but do not wipe down the table. The seating area is very limited. Staff should monitor guests to ensure they are taking the food to put on their plates with utensils and not their hands.

A nightmare!
They announced it as a 4 Stars hotel in Dubai! Oh no nothing could be more wrong! What a big joke! I wouldn’t even give it one star. I don’t know where to start! Everything is a substandard. Bathroom is dirty, bath towels are smelly and old. The room is miserable. We felt really happy just go away from this hotel and I will never go back again!

it is old and the room door had issue , phone is not working, it is noisy room. I breakfast was nothing interesting as well, would not go back there.

The hotel itself has become a bit outdated even the rooms interior and decor feels old. The room had lingering cigarette smoke smell which made it quite uncomfortable, unfortunately they were fully booked so I couldn't even change rooms. Staff did not clean the room for 2 days, no vacuuming was done, even tissue roll was replaced after repeatedly calling housekeeping multiple times. Breakfast buffet was largely Indian menu and maybe I was expecting it to be better. The location is superb, the bus stop is directly at the doorstep and Metro station (Green line) is just a 5 minute walk away. A few stations away you can even change to Red line so it's super convenient. It's at the heart of Deira (Baniyas Square) where the Gold souq, Dubai Creek and other famous areas of old Dubai are just a short walk away. Overall, maybe the great location makes up for the other shortcomings.

A very good hotel near the creek
Service is very good - All the people working there are very nice - Vani, Amir, Sajjad, Mylene, Haidee, The manager in the dining room and his prime assistent, the receptionist from the Philipines that I don't remember her name - all were very nice and helpfull. The room is big, nice and very comfortable. The view from the room to the creek was great. Food is very good - both in the dinner and in the breakfast - a large variety of options. Location is excellent - Near all the souks - gold, spices... - and also you can take a few minutes boat in 1-2 AED to the other side to visit Al Seef and also the museum of illusions.
