너무 편히 쉬다 갑니다. 깔끔하네요. 단지 인터넷이 조금 불안정해서 이메일 발송이 안되네요. 메일 받는 것은 가능 하나 발송이 잘 안될때가 있네요.

체크인 시 물어보길래 금연 객실 요청했는데 방에 들어가자마자 담배 냄새가.. 저렴하게 조식 포함된 숙소를 구하느라 선택했는데, 재방문 의사는 글쎄요.

The hotel is located in a tourist friendly area with loads of shopping, transportation and food variety. The hotel management focuses and maintains the cleanliness of the property. The house keeping service is very efficient and alert.

The curtains were extremely dirty and old, all the hotel curtains needs to be replaced to elevate its appearance. The staff were genuinely helpful and super nice. If I have to mention one it would be Sadaf, she is an instant problem solver.

The property itself was very dusty and as I and my family members suffer with allergies it had bothered us throughout our stay. The staff did not vacuum the room properly and at times did not change the sheets when they were dirty. Breakfast options were very bland and lacked taste. Hardly ever ate the breakfast. Overall it is convenient if shopping at Gold Souk and Naïf Market as it is walking distance.

Hyatt Place - Dubai
Good hotel in a nice location close to 2 metro stations. 2 mins walks from shopping mall and old Dubai. Staff pleasant and rooms nice. Worth the money. 2nd stay at this hotel. We were upgraded to a two room apartment with kitchen.

We stayed for one week and it was nice, clean and closer to metro and city center. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It will just get busier from 9-10 am breakfast hrs . Incase if you’re planing to use the elevators during these hrs , I’ll recommend to take the stairs rather than stopping each flrs .

Everything is just perfect from Shopping to finding food places everything available just outside the hotel. Breakfast is amazing . Staff are always friendly and courteous Will definitely stay there again.

I have nothing negative with the stuffs.Very excellent service and reliable stuffs.Everyone is very concern with your needs. Even the guards and bellboys. Even is not 5star hotel but what matter most More than 5star services. This hotel is perfect to everything. Shops, malls, train station, bus station, tour ticketing all over the areas. Perfect location to everything. Everything is walkable. For the first timer to go to dubai. This is the perfect hotel for you where to stay. Just like to share with my experience. I enjoyed every minute to stay in this hotel. The only thing i don’t like in this hotel the food.. the breakfast buffet plenty of choices but it’s not good like tasteless cooked food. I hope you need to improve the chef cause this will ruin the impression of the hotel. Being the name Hyatt should have a good food always goood chef. But i will still definitely come back to this hotel once i get back to Dubai. I love all these helpful staffs. From the frontdesk, up to their resto lounge.
