Hello, we are sorry this was matter was not attended too, when front staff had been notified they went outside to search for the area in which they were directed to in order for clean up occur, however they did not see anything resembling what was described due to the heavy rain and darkness of the evening.we hope this helps give some insight as to what actions were attempted to assist, once again we apologize this matter wasn't resolved in the manner you requested.

You mentioned you made a new reservation to extend but you never did causing confusion while repeatedly calling minute by minute for some time then stating false emergencies and being vulgar to the team.
