I booked this hotel to attend an out of town wedding. Everything you’d hope a small town hotel would be. Affordable, clean, very comfortable beds, small but acceptable breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

It was a nice place to stay in Manchester. Not perfect, but mostly well maintained, nice beds, and decent morning breakfast. Price was good for the 3 of us as my sister slept on the sofa bed so it worked.

The facility is older but very clean. Bed was very comfortable, water pressure was good and the breakfast was great. Owner was very friendly. And to top it off, the price was reasonable for the amenities provided.

My partner and I got a room with a jet tub for 2 nights. We were coming from out of town and arrived around 11pm. We had to wait a while and ring the doorbell multiple times before someone came to the front. The tub itself was nice, but we ended up leaving early the next morning after finding bed bugs. The room and halls themselves have a musty smell. Ended up staying at the Cobblestone hotel for the rest of our trip!

I liked the location. The grass we long, there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot but especially by the doors. The bathrooms were sort of clean, towels were scarce, the tub didn’t drain for the shower, the door to our refrigerator didn't open all the way.

Good hotel

Our first room we were given the door wouldn't latch. You could just push the door open. They got us into a different room pretty quickly. The 2nd room was good. It was clean, the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was good. Egg pattie, sausage pattie, cheese. I made it into a sandwich with the toasted english muffin. They had yogurt, waffles, small cinnamon rolls. We thought it was a good breakfast. It was reasonably priced.

We stay at this hotel each year while participating in an event at the fairgrounds each September. Check in was smooth and easy. It is easy to get in and out of and easy to find. Since beginning staying here the hotel has never been renovated and I seriously question if they have a general maintenance person. The shower rods in most rooms are hanging precariously and the curtains can't close to keep water in the shower. The handle on the bathroom door was barely hanging on so as a family we decided not to close it completely lest we be locked in. The refrigerator had water/ice build up and a fly frozen in the bottom of the ice in the freezer area.

We gave this motel a try when our regular hotel was out of accessible 1st floor rooms. Pictures looked ok. We were hopeful. We decided one night would be ok. Never again. The room had an awful musty smell and everything felt slightly damp to the touch. There is no way management is unaware of the moisture issues and funky smell. It's impossible to miss and should be treated. We tried running the dehumidifier in the room but it was loud and didn't seem to make a difference. Though the room was cosmetically nice and the bed was comfortable, the pillowcases and comforter had small stains. The bathroom door didn't open fully which made it hard to get my husband's wheelchair into the restroom. Children were running and squealing until after 11 pm. There was a random dirty towel by the ice machine in the hall the entire time we were there. Breakfast was very sparse with a sign that said "no hot breakfast today" . If you are desperate for a place to stay or on a very tight budget and need to stay here, avoid room 109 and bring ear plugs. Maybe the other rooms aren't as bad. This one should not be rented until some maintenance is done.
