Staff was great, room was clean but it looks like it was halfway through an update so had some mismatched carpet and missing trim. Very loud plumbing system in the building, i could hear when other rooms either started a shower or flushed lol, but other than that all aroujd decent stay.

Breakfast was poor only fresh fruit was oranges there was only eggs and sausage patties for a warm breakfast. The room was dirty. Found stuff by the beds left from previous people. The bathroom door like to stick closed and there was a large crack in it. The water pressure for the shower was horrible.The pool was not that warm and there was no hot tub. The sauna could only fit two people so if some else was In There you could not use it. Checked out a day early. Still had paid for the room but did not want to stay there any longer. Parking was good and good location for gas, food and shopping close by

A very nice property, located near restaurants, shopping, etc. Well appointed room, spacious with separated bath area. Comforable bed, excellent towels, comprehensive breakfast in a large area with adjacent sunny porch area for a windowed overview of the northern part of the city. The room was overpriced. The baseboard heaters were broken. There was 2 different carpet patterns held down by painters tape. The floorboard base boards were missing. The reading lamps by the bed were so high up i couldn't reach them standing by the bed. The bed frame was held together with tape. Breakfast was nice. The TV in the room was good. The bathroom mirror was nice too.

We were very impressed by the staff. Our TV didn't work, but we were given a discount. It sounded like a lot of new things were added to the hotel, but there were problems with the new additions. We were able to watch TV in the lobby. We enjoyed the pool.

There was no air conditioning due to shutting them up for the winter by mid October. The room was extremely hot unless you opened a window, which only helped so much. The hot tub was closed. Nothing great for the price.
