Not too keen on the windows South and West but understand the situation Shower hose needs fixing - leaks as much as it sprays Adequate accommodation to suit a pupose at the time Thanks

It's a very good motel of its type i.e. inner city and reasonably priced. Being pet-friendly was a big plus. All over, it was a very pleasant stay and met all our expectations.

we were able to take our little dog with us an we all had plenty of room. Very handy location and very quiet

街の中心街から少し離れていましたが、タクシーや車があれば問題ないと思います。その分安かったです。駐車場が少し狭かったです。

Small corner studio unit.
Friendly welcome. The unit we stayed in had an unusual layout in a corner between two other units. The sleeping area was very small but ok for the one night. The decor and condition of the kitchen area was dated and in need of repair in places, for instance the utensils drawer nearly fell out when we opened it and a cupboard had broken boards down the bottom. The wifi kept dropping out although this could have been a provider issue. The toilet and shower areas were also dated but serviceable. The toilet roll holder was innovative. My husband wants to buy one .

部屋は広くとても良かったです。オーナーのJOHnさんも非常に優しく対応してくれました。チェックインの際には事前に遅くなることをお願いしていた(通常より1時間遅くチェックイン)が、快く待っていただいていたのには感動です。

Vi hade det jättebra, hotellet var mycket mer välutrustat än vi förväntat oss med mycket köksartiklar, värmare osv. Bra läge, gångavstånd till restauranger och centrum och väldigt trevlig personal.

Very and comfortable, but very tiny, as was expected. The bathroom was almost inconveniently tiny. We had a very good night's sleep.

Good communication from hosts and they took the trouble to turn heaters on for our arrival. Bathroom a bit dated but sufficient for needs. Otherwise clean & tidy.

It was cozy, it didn't have a noisy fan heater, the place was warm when when we got there. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils. Good location. Price reflected well the standard of motel.

We booked a small studio and were surprised to see how small it was. Fortunately for us the property was not fully booked when we arrived so we managed to get an upgrade for a very small fee. Location is convenient to restaurants but a car is still essential during this season. It was cold and wet. WiFi is not very reliable and so is the partner telco of Singtel.

Clean, comfortable and close to everything. An easy walk to university, shops, cafes. The owners/staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at the Garden Motel. My room was clean and spacious. My room had chairs, small couch, and a small kitchenette. The motel is a short walk from the city center that has many restaurants and cafes. The staff was very helpful to suggest some activities to do in the area and for the rest of my trip. This is the perfect place to stay in Dunedin.
