The owner that checked us in was a really friendly nice man. He even helped us with getting our luggage to our room. The room was small, but neat and clean. There is a free breakfast included but we had to leave in the morning before it opened. Area was quiet. Only 20 minutes to the airport. For the price it was great value.

Everything was pretty good except the coffee cups and water glasses looked not very clean. Some coffee cups had lipstick on them. Tables were not clean.

The staff is amazing and helpful. We got in after midnight and exhausted. The check-in clerk was great about taking care of some special needs we had. Breakfast was a fantastic cook to order menu. Room was very quiet.

The location is great. Is close to busses which take you to Edinburgh City Center and Airport. Breakfast was the same everyday and with limitted variaty, but was handy to have it. It was great for complementary. The breakfast hours were great and easy to acomodate. Staff is very strict with checkin and checkout time, but it worked out well. Overall I'm rating as 4 due to water preasure. In the shower the water was just dripping.

Although the location of the Hotel may seem average, the standard of service is not. The staff are great and happy to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable. With an adjacent restaurant/bar. Overall great value for money 🙂

The hotel is a bit remote and isolated, but we were pleasantly surprised. Clean and comfortable, good service, adequate breakfast options. We ate dinner at Bruce Arms pub nearby (not many other options) - recommend it. Only minor complaints are the wifi didn't reach our room (farthest away from lobby), and the body wash does not have a pleasant smell.

Perfect place to stay before flying out of Edinburgh. Its best features are the cleanliness of the rooms and it is always warm and cosy in winter - unlike many fancier hotels we have stayed in.

Staff were so friendly! I was half an hour early for check in and only came in to ask about the car if I could leave it there to grab some lunch but they allowed me to check in early and sign the tablet for my car! I will definitely be coming again. Breakfast was lovely too. Taking the order whilst going in to grab some continental. Very quick service with hot food.

Clean room, the staff were lovely, and very helpful. The hotel was quiet when we stayed, no noise through the night. We had a full breakfast, which was included in the price, it was plenty! Parking is free for the length of your stay, but make sure you log in at the desk on the digital pad with your registration number. Definitely would stay there again if the need arises!

The staff are so helpful and the breakfast are so hearty. Great choice to stay outside of Edinburgh and great value for money. Catch the X55 bus just a short walk down the road to the bus terminal in the heart of Edinburgh. The X55 is wheel chair equipped as well. There is a superb fish and chip shop next door with Pizzas as well. The selection is fantastic and portions are huge.
