“Location was great, right next to the loch, Food at the hotel opposite was great and the staff were great. Parking was a little bit of an issue with other guests not parking correctly, and the window blind, when used, fell off and hit me on the head, which was a shock at the time. Other than that, we had a very relaxing night's stay and were very comfortable.”

“Loved the style of the hotel. Stunning decor and very comfortable beds. Staff were also delightful and well informed. The pool was a really decent size - though in contrast to the rest of the hotel the pool area is very grey and uninteresting. Also no jacuzzi. Food and drink very good and the dining room is beautiful. We had a spa suite which was very spacious and comfortable BUT be warned - it is a very long walk from these to the main hotel. “Spa was nice, room was exceptional in terms of the view, decor and comfort. receptionist very welcoming. Bar area no atmosphere at all. Only used for drinks can’t comment on the food. Staff nice enough. Breakfast was lovely and exactly as ordered. Unfortunately during our stay there was multiple fire alarms going off through night. This in itself was annoying as it disturbed our sleep and we only had one evening booked. Lack of sleep for our big day the following day was not what we had planned...
