"Check in was pleasant, I had a few special requests and I was happy with the service. The room was comfortable and clean. I was slightly worried about being near the ice machine and vending machines due to noise. I didn’t hear anything. Phew LoL. I really enjoyed the cold temperatures in the room & water pressure in the shower along with the hot water. The bed was comfortable, I enjoyed my stay."

"Wild Horse Pass is just incredible! Everything is impeccably clean and there’s no smoking in the resort. The staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants are very good and the casino is plentiful. We visit Wid Horse Pass every few months, which we look forward to. "

Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most. Because of Wendy’s excellent service and willingness to ensure we left on a positive note, I’m happy to revise my review and say I would stay here again.
