"The hotel provides an airport shuttle service. The shuttle is not allowed to wait at the "Red Bus Level 2 departures" pick up spot, so the guests are requested to call for a pick up when there. We encountered 2 problems:1/ the call to the hotel was at first not picked up by the reception(?), and we needed a second try, which was picked up after some ringing. 2/ the reception tried connecting us to the driver, but the driver didn't pick up. We called the reception again and the driver was informed to come to the pick-up. Traffic delayed his arrival. The shuttle back to the airport the next day went smooth. It seems that the system for incoming calls needs to be reviewed, as the reception to drive communication. "

"Very nice hotel, parking kind of sucked when initially coming, luckily got a room near an additional entrance to where I was able to enter and exit after visiting the front to check in. Amenities were nice, loved having a first floor room with the patio right next to the pool and seating lounge area! Would definitely book here again, nearby all your essentials from groceries to fast food! Really close to the car rental spots and airport as well."
