"A/C on the fritz- blowing, but not cold. We had them bring in fans. They did give us a room discount, but the night crew was rude. Trying my best to handle the situation with the front desk and they hung up on me twice. I was very disappointed with the dated appearance of the hotel. Hotel shuttle was great! "

"Need to have a bigger shuttle bus or run more than one on a day you have several people arriving. The driver was being pulled in several directions because several customers were calling the hotel after waiting more than 30 mins to be picked up. To much for one driver/shuttle."

"Accessible via the shuttle to the airport. We were there for a few hours to get some sleep before our early morning flight to Hawaii. Good value for money, fairly basic accommodation the neighbourhood is a dump. "
