โLiked the location. My room was excellent. Good breakfast options: toast, croissant, etc. liked the elevator. We went on trains/Metro and buses with plenty of bus stops. My rating is 10/10.โ
โLoved this quaint hotel over the pub. Breakfast was superb! Best cuppa I had on my trip.
The room and bathroom was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside is that the 4 floors are all walk-up; so although we were on the second floor - it was three flights up with heavy suitcases. I wish there had been staff available to help carry the cases up. โ

The restaurant in the hotel and the bar very good service the meal are good.
We had to ask for the clean room and it's done fast.โ

However, I occasionally find the cleanliness of the electric kettle in the hotel room to be somewhat lacking. While it is not a major issue since I can boil water for disinfection, improving this aspect would make it a perfect 10 out of 10.โ
"It was a group, but the rooms were assigned to different floors, and even rooms on the same floor were assigned in a maze-like manner. There were also a room where the door would not open, so the staff had to force it open."
