I booked a room that costs about 700$ per day, but I was given a room facing the street on the first floor It was the worst hotel in New York.
Also, the bathroom door kept falling open and closed, so my husband had to fix it, and the faucet looks like it’s been broken for quite some time. This room is really terrible...
The room is right by the street on the first floor, so you can hear people talking very close by. It feels like we're having a conversation. Omg.
