Perfect stay! I was upgraded to a queen size bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. On checkout day they also offered luggage hold. I was able to leave my bags and keep exploring the city without hauling it around! Will stay again!

Clean room, customer service was out of this world-constantly stayed in contact via text before, during, and after stay. Staff was pleasant any time we were coming/going, the bar and restaurant were EXCELLENT. Drinks and food were great. Perfect location that was quiet enough at night to get rest, but quickly get to all the major hot spots in NYC! Also, close to the airport. Loved our stay!
