“The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

“great people, great service!!”

“Was too noisy and not that clean and should be. Other rooms had sleepers but in our room was not available. Seems like they gave as the worst room, that should be for the staff not for the guests…”

“All staff was excellent, helpful friendly and went above and beyond including the manager Dan who accommodated a special request. Excellent food, drink, entertainment, and conversation. The room was comfortable but a bit smaller than expected. We will return!”
