"This was a great hotel that is directly across from Gainbridge Arena. We stayed to attend a concert at the arena and the proximity was awesome. Staff was incredibly helpful from check in to check out. We valet parked the car and had to store our luggage at hotel until after the concert was over. I requested our vehicle on the last song and when we exited the venue our car was ready to go. Picked up our luggage and within five minutes we were on the road home. There is a wonderful patio area to have drinks and order food that has tons of seating. The bar area was also very inviting. Breakfast was included in our room and had a lot of variety. If you have an event at Gainbridge Arena, this is the perfect place to stay."

"Service was amazing, Starbucks upon the wake up. Complementary breakfast hors d’oeuvres with additional coffee options. Room was upon standard, water provided as well as Starbucks branded coffee for the room. Clean set up, conveniently connected to the mall allowing tourists access to last minute necessities. Conveniently located near everything including a variety of restaurants, activities, amongst others."

"I don’t know the staff name that helped me, but they were young so helpful, kind, attentive and made me want to come back to this hotel. I at first seeing the building had every attention to get my money back and go somewhere else. I was met on Wednesday 08/19/26 evening by such a nice young lady and everyday after that until I left today 08/23/26 all the young adults made me feel heard and they went above the call of duty. Let me not end this review without saying two of the maintenance man from the Marriott next door went out there way to help me. The security man done his job making sure to drive around keeping us safe. The rooms were nice just needed some updates to the refrigerator that really don’t keep your food cold and my room door was not really secure. The latch on the door had the screws barely screwed in and the door was so hard to open. The bed linen could use replacing. But over all I come back the rooms were clean. Don’t let the outside fool it’s a nice hotel and staff the young adults was top tier."
