โThe manager of the hotel was great! He was very accomendating, available, and super nice. The room was clean, everything worked, and had great internet access and hot water! It was conveniently located to the highway, stores, and many restaurants. Great value for your money. โ
โThe property was well maintained.Change and the beds comfortable and clean. Wide selection of options for breakfast. The only issue was we were in a handicapped room and had trouble getting out. Apparently was due to an unusual type of security lock that was broken.The lock was too high up for someone in a wheelchair, and there were no instructions on how to open it. โI booked this room because it was pet friendly while we were in Hagerstown for a family reunion. As it turned out I and the dog were not able to attend. My husband stayed there and he said he liked it a lot and we would stay there the next time we traveled through with our
dog. โ
โI appreciated the room because it had no carpet (laminate or whatever it was is much cleaner and is definitely my preference) and because it had a wonderful king size bed. Also, the walk in shower was great for my husband who is currently on a cane, although a grab bar in the shower would have been a wonderful safety feature.โ
