“Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Hotel staff needs better training to be more informed about Events, activities going on the area. They couldn’t give any information related to the event in the event center that is connected to the hotel. There is also a shuttle that runs to the casino but no one knew where it picked up at or the hours of operation. Train your staff so they can be informed and answer questions about events. ”

“Room was very clean thanks to the housekeeper melissa , bed was comfortable. James at the front desk helped us find a hotel room because we decided to stay an extra night but you guys were sold out so he helped us find something that was just down the road from the casino”

Asked to staff at front but he replied that it was the contract between you and hotels.com and he couldn't help me anymore. 2 rooms were sold to another visitors and no explanation for me in prior to arrival at hotel.
