“My room was clean as can be. The hotel staff was helpful and polite. The restaurant was worth the money for the breakfast. This place has isnt the most up to date as it is an older location but it's worth the money and I felt safe during my stay. The event was well managed by the staff as there was several hundred attending. There were several tables set up to get food it made the process much faster and better than previous events I've attended. It was worth the stay.”

“항상 만족하는 드루리 숙박입니다. 그런데 이번에는 한밤 중에 화재경보가 울려서 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다. 그 상황에 대한 어떤 설명도 없었고, 체크 아웃할 때 까지도 사과 한마디 듣지 못했습니다. 많은 숙박객들이 새벽에 경보에 놀라서 호텔 밖으로 나와야했던 상황에 대해서 누구도 설명도, 사과도 안하는 것은 도저히 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 드루리가 문제를 처리하는 방식을 처음 제대로 들여다 본 결과 신뢰하기 어렵다는 생각이 들었습니다.”

“Everything OK we were a bit put off by the signs everywhere about removing dirty work boots as the hotel is mainly used by contractors but we found it OK breakfast was nice, on check out we found a packet of adult diapers in the bedside drawer”

“There was no parking in the hotel parking lot. Had to park in Casino lot a walk a very long way. This was especially difficult when you are handicapped. The room was ok once we got to it. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. Still a long walk if we had done that. We parked in the Casino garage but had we know there was a garage across the street and a elevator to the...

“Friendliest front staff I think I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. They were friendly at check in and check out. Other staff around the hotel were friendly also. We went to breakfast kind of late. It was a little lacking but it was fine.”

“Hotel was good for an overnight stay while traveling. Rooms on first and second floors open to the outside. The door to the room I was in did not seal/fit tightly - so a small amount of light from the outside came on under the door and around the edge. Room was a good size. Humid in the room/bed until the air conditioning regulated the temperature in the room. However it was really hot outside that day before I arrived.”

The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.”
