"The place was very clean both inside and out. Quite, I slept very well. The breakfast was good and plentiful. There were two other large groups there and enough for everyone. The staff were very nice and helpful. My next overnight in Emporia will most likely be there."

"Decided to make Emporia one of our stops on a cross country road trip because apparently it’s the DISC GOLF CAPITOL OF AMERICA! Anyway, the Eleven Boutique is absolutely One of the better properties we’ve stayed at for this price point. We drive across the country with our dogs so it can get expensive considering we only need a clean room to sleep for a few hours and maybe take a shower. We got the handicapped room with an interior entrance, right next to the laundry facilities and it was very clean comfortable and quiet. We got in pretty late and the innkeeper who checked us in was very friendly and got us to our room right away. The tv has all the streaming apps you could want so it was easy to find something familiar to fall asleep to. Again, for the price you probably can’t beat it, we would definitely stay at the Eleven again!!"

"The parking lot had a lot pot holes, but no worse than most of the streets in my town. The room was very nice: clean, quiet, and comfortable, all I expect. The 4 starts was because the shower was only luke warm."
