The decor is very modern and upscale, and you can tell a lot of care is taken in making sure the hotel is meticulously clean. The staff was very, very friendly - from the front desk to the cleaning ladies, even the women who prepared breakfast. Speaking of which, the free breakfast is quite impressive with many hot food options service, including bacon and omelettes. The hotel certainly exceeded my expectations. The only two negatives have nothing to do with the building, only the location. It...

Very clean and updated. It is right across the street from St Francis hospital so super convenient if you’re coming from out of town for surgery. Bed was very comfortable as well. Staff is friendly. Would stay again.

The location of the hotel was close to everything that I needed. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple of miles. The hotel was older, but it was very clean and quiet. Which for me means a lot. The front desk staff in the afternoon was super friendly and helpful; the morning staff at checkout...not so much. She was not very pleasant! I did not have time to enjoy the breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
