" Very bad experience, the staff had very poor customer service. The cleanliness was terrible! They do cleaning every 7 days, according to what they explained to me, so if you only rent for 5 days, as in my case, the room doesn't get cleaned. I had problems with the air conditioning — the nights were very hot, and even though I reported it, they never came to check it. Terrible!"

There are plenty of shopping choices nearby at Dolphin Mall a quick stroll across a not so busy street. Plus other shopping choices in the Miami International Mall area and close by within a short walking distance. "

"The soundproofing in room is one of the worst I have experienced. Any form of rowdy neighbors results in a sleepless night which is so frustrating. I seriously considered calling the front desk at 1am to make a noise complaint on room 225 which was across the hall from us. We had two very unfortunate and over priced nights at this worn down aloft. Will not return. "
