“The hotel was on a quaint street. In walking distance to restaurants, local souvenir shops and other hotels. The room was clean and recently renovated, beautiful pools with colorful lights at night, well lit area on the hotel property and surrounding streets. The staff was just awesome. “This hotel is gorgeous! We needed to stay close to the airport after our original flight was canceled. The rooms were huge, really clean and just beautifully designed. The food and cocktails were the BEST we had our entire trip and the staff was just incredible. We had been in the Dominican for nearly a week at a different property that was supposed to be a 5 star resort but it had not been a great experience so this was such a refreshing change. “The staff are very sweet, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing especially if you book the restaurants, I booked the steakhouse (The Cut) and the Mediterranean restaurant (Bellum) both so flavourful, even the buffet is good, I normally get veggies and their steak, nachos at lunch with their salsas and sauces, the nacho chips are so good. The desserts are great too not super sweet, everything was very easy for me. Make sure u hav travel insurance in case of emergencies. Drinks are great...
