“The service was GREAT! We didn't upgrade our room, and honestly didn't need to. We were NEVER in it! Junior and Pamela were the BEST! They went out of their way to take care of my family at EVERY opportunity. After one day the service staff in the buffet knew my family and ensured seating together (12 people!), our preferred morning beverages, even my OMELT order! Thank you Serenade for an amazing and memorable vacation with my family.”
