“Good ”

“The best thing is the location in the center, close to restaurants, bars, cafe and park.. I stayed at a single room, which is smaller than I expected, but it was okay to stay a couple of days. One thing disappointing me was the cleaning service, I asked them to come a couple of ours since I have to finish my work in the morning. However when I came back to the room in the evening, it had not been cleaned, maybe they forgot.”

“Amazing place for families. Pastoral property with big apartments and green areas. The pool is really good for both children and adults. Breakfast is rich and served to the room, it was really nice to eat it as picnic. The people in reservation desk are nice but service has limited open hours ”

“I loved this place so much. It’s so unique like Israel is. The apartment was cozy and had everything you need. Location is perfect so close to everything. I stayed here with my daughter for a week while visiting her. The staff was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to Israel and I would definitely stay there again ”

“Lovely place”

“The property has an apartment and the individuals rent it as if it is part of the hotel. It doesn't have the same service as the hotel rooms. The listing is wrong and I will have to pay extra to get a clean room operated by the hotel. I don't recommend renting the apartment onwed by an individuals.”

“We had an excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, very well equipped. Air-condition was powerful and window did isolate road noise. The location is supersede ( near famous King David Hotel). Only the matrasses of children bed were a bit hard”

“They didn’t have our reservation made with Expedia, they didn’t want to give us our reservation, while they knew they are having issues with their bookings on Expedia.”

“They allowed me to stay past my checkout time, which really helped me because I had no place to go while I waited for my airplane flight late at night. I really appreciate there generosity.”

“The Even Israel apartments have an excellent location if you want easy access to town and the Old City. The apartments are new and beautifully furnished. Benjamin’s service was excellent. Cleaning fee is additional to daily rate. Access to the apartments with lots of luggage requires a bit of negotiation. ”

“No air conditioning despite they said it was working, internet did not work either despite user and passwords were provided and the worst cold water they told me how to turn it on but I did it for two hours and zero hot water came out of the faucet those are just facts and I am usually pacient but this just over pass me ”

“Very neat experience of staying inside the old city, you can see the western wall from one window ”
