"We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!"

"Lovely quirky room (Africa). Stayed with two dogs who each had beds, bowls and treats provided.. lovely bakery for breakfast where you could choose your breakfast items. Everyone very friendly and great pub (kings arms) opposite for evening food and drink. Perfect place"

"The room was very clean and tidy. On the booking it didn't say there breakfast, but when I got into the room there was a lovely breakfast bag. The car park was small but was adequate. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to stay there. Also the staff were very helpful "

A nice touch was there was a nightshift person who introduced themselves to me and told me to ring anytime if any issues. Breakfast was a tasty, plated-up full English (much nicer than those breakfast buffets with a few grizzled eggs floating around). Will definitely stay there again."

"Stayed in new chalet-type rooms across the car park, which has loads of room. Room itself was very clean, modern and soundproofed. Had dinner and breakfast there, which were very nice. Ideal quiet place for staying if visiting Norwich area. We'll definitely be staying again. "
