“This Hotel was truly lovely 🥰 great friendly staff food was great too yes definitely will be coming back as we also stayed another night brilliant . Rooms are great too anything you needed staff would help and get . Parking is free which is a bonus in every way 5 ⭐ this is a 👍👍😊.”

“The hotel is looking very tired. Shortage of sockets in the room for charging electronic devices. Service was good but not amazing. Ate at Farmer Butcher Chef and was disappointed with the quality of the food. Overall given the prices they charge at the hotel and restaurant it was not great. Chosen for the convenience of being on site for the Goodwood event we attended but we would likely not stay there again.”

“The reception was lovely. We were in the west wing, the rooms were very tired and need doing up, though they were clean and thats important, the hotel is in the process of of a makeover in the west wing area but that just seemed to be the corridors, hopefully the rooms will follow. No fridge in the room which is a shame as the room was spacious and could've accommodated one. They need air con in the rooms as it was unbearable getting ready , you needed a shower again straight after getting...

“The hotel is ok, we had a twin room in the cottage lodge, no 526, it was quite a walk from reception. Most of the staff were helpful and cheerful. The hotel is looking somewhat dated, the room needed a good deep clean, shower head and bath mat needed replacing, I did write this to the manger in the initial check in review, as we were only staying 1 night it wasn’t worth complaining about. The car park needs re signing as cars didn’t know which way to go round!”
