“Staff were lovely. Had a long drive and arrived on the cutoff for ordering dinner, but thankfully the staff were kind enough to still let us order. We had both dinner and breakfast, both were absolutely delicious. There was some games we could borrow which we enjoyed playing in the bar, only small disadvantage is the bar closed at 10:30. Room was very clean, stocked with tea and coffee and the extra pillows in the wardrobe was a nice addition. Overall, we had a very peaceful, relaxing stay.”

“Inviting and warm , nothing was a problem when we asked A*****”

“호수가 보아는 단독 살레같은 방이 무척 편안했다. 시설은 오래되서 낡은 것 같았지만 깨끗하고 따뜻하고 너무 평화외워서 가는 길에 한전 더 묵게 되었다”

“I have stayed here a few times before. This time I needed to be at a meeting early in the morning so arrived at 9pm in the evening. We went straight to the bar to have a night cap. Unfortunately they were closing the bar “in 5 Mins” so only got one drink in before it closed. The air con in the room didn’t work so the small window in the room was all I had. “주변에 슈퍼 없음 히드로 공항에서 한시간 거리 물 한병에 4.5파운드 (설명과 달리 제공되는 무료 물 없음) 미리 물 사올 것 와이파이 빠름”

“We stayed for one night, in the luxe room, well maintained and spacious, soaking tub was lovely for the mrs,”

“Great hotel, good service particularly the brasserie restaurant. We enjoyed the spa treatments. A bit noisy on the Saturday night.”

“Overall stay was okay good for a pit stop. Only issue was communication from the staff about breakfast. We were not told upon arrival what time breakfast was served no letter no notes inside the room about breakfast and assuming that it still continues on till 11am. I understand we could have asked but getting told by the manager there was an opportunity to ask left me feeling like it was my fault when it is your job to inform people and give good customer service. There was no opportunity...

“Room was nice but a bit dusty and bathroom ceiling had mark”

“너무나 편하고 좋았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 레스토랑이 좋았어요.”

“The Dundas Arms is a warm welcoming hotel in an interesting setting between canal and river on the edge of a lovely village. The room was well appointed with a comfortable bed. The restaurant was busy with good service and a good menu of delicious food. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. It was our diamond wedding celebration and we were well looked after and given complimentary bubbly to celebrate. We had a most enjoyable 3 days and consider Dundas an ideal country venue and...
