"The room had everything I needed - a coffee station, a fridge, a very nice bathroom and a fan. The room was cleaned every day. The staff are just the two owners a mother and son duo that helped me sort out everything on the island from transportation to tours and more all to my request. The only downside about this stay is the distance from the center of town but if you rent a car as most of the visitors do in the island it's irrelevant."

"Wonderful hotel with excellent sunset views of the Moai and the ocean. Super friendly staff, great service and well maintained property. Loved my room. Some have mentioned that it is a bit outside the town centre, but I didn’t find it onerous. It’s a scenic 15 minute walk past a beautiful Moai cluster at Ahu Tahai. My new go-to place on Rapa Nui!"

"Stayed there 6 nights, we liked our cabin very much. It is a little further away from the hustle of the town but we didn't mind the 5-7minute extra walk every day along the coast . The property has a large garden, and the room was spacious with a full size kitchen. Amenities were basic and buildings showed age (cracked shower tile etc), there was only a fan, no AC but the island weather didn't require AC and we wouldn't trade moonlit nights and sound of roosters waking us up. In addition, Tutti played host (required guide on the island) for the full length of our stay. He drove us around in his pickup truck and gave us detailed history of the island and the culture. "The place is very clean. A good 15 min walk to town. Very safe area. Breakfast was a lot of food for the 2 of us. We went on low season. Odette picked us up and helped us with booking our tours. Our cook happened to be a masseuse and serviced us in our room. Julio the cleaner gave a a motorcycle ride to town. Manuel maintains the garden daily and it is so pretty."

"The staff were excellent, the location was great however the property and rooms themselves could use a facelift with a paint job. I was here for two nights and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The floors and my bed were clean so that helped and they fixed my sliding screen door so that I could use the door to get airflow as there was not an AC in my room. It was very helpful to have airport transfers also!"
