"There was only 1 working elevator for the rather large hotel. We were on the 9th floor so it was quite a pain. The keycard system on your phone is a great idea, but ours was very tricky to unlock the door. It took 5-6-7 times to get it scan correctly. "

"This place had everything. Including duck, ducks and more ducks. There were ducks everywhere. It was absolutely the perfect place with all sorts for little surprises! "

"No housekeeping in our 3 nights there. Breakfast was loaded up early and honestly ending at 9am was already early in my opinion, then loading up all the food by 8:30 was slightly ridiculous because then i had to rush or get my juice off the cart. The hallways smelled like weed, the rooms looked like they probably had the same sheets on them and hadnt been washed. "

"The selections throughout the hotel were great. Even though hot food is available, it would be great to have a microwave to warm leftovers. The friendliness of the staff made my stay quite welcoming. I also enjoyed the on-site gym."

"I reported no hot water shortly after checking in. The maintenance guy arrives, checks and says let the water run a long time for it to get hot. Next morning, I let it run for an hour, still not hot. Two days of like warm showers. They sent another maintenance man to check it while I was out of the room. He found there was an issue and replaced the handle. The first maintenance guy should’ve found that. The staff offered me no compensation until I asked then was given a credit to eat on-site. Upon checkout the next morning, I advised the lady on duty that I was making sure I didn’t get charged for the meals because they were complimentary. She said ok but still charged my card on file. First and Last stay. "
