"Very friendly staff. Helpful "

"The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The room was clean, tidy and odorless as well as organized. The conditioner bottle was just lying in the tub upon our arrival. The adhesive obviously gave way. This was reported to the front desk representative upon checking out. He stayed he would report it to house keeping. This is a great hotel, which is why we continue to come back whenever we are in Memphis! "

"They should check the electronics in the room before allowing a guest to check in. Telephone didn’t work, batteries for the lock on the door was dead, tv wasn’t connected to cable. "

"Great room, clean, and very comfortable bed and pillows. Only complaint is we asked multiple times to have our room cleaned, but it never happened. We ended up asking for more towels and asked to get the trash taken out, and that happened, so good enough. We would stay again because the bed was awesome."

"My husband and I love this hotel! We stay here often when we come to Memphis. It has easy parking, is right next to Beale st, next door to the Fed Ex Forum, and within walking distance of all downtown attractions. It’s quiet despite the closeness to Fed Ex Forum and Beale. It’s always spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the staff always friendly, and the bar/restaurant is awesome. This visit we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. "Everything was great. It did seem as tho the ac shut off a lot overnight. Perhaps there was an econo motion sensor tho thing. Otherwise. Absolutely lovely room, bedding, toiletries and towels. Very quiet. Coffee bar n restaurant was perfect breakfast. "

"Like most boutique hotels, the room I stayed was on the small but efficient side. Tastefully decorated and the only two things missing were a a luggage rack and an ironing board. Coffee and pastries station outside the elevator are a tasty an convenient option. Although coffee was barely lukewarm around 8:30 am. Rooms offer a fridge and a safe. Neither had been previously used, therefore the safe didn’t have batteries to allow it to be operated. Another details overseen by the decorator is a set...

"This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. "
