The hotel is right on the boardwalk and the section of the beach was not crowded at all. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the beach and the balcony was also spacious. “This property was under a bit of construction so the layout was challenging. Any doubts I had about the hotel immediately dissipated when I met the front desk staff. He walked outside to help us find the check in desk, directed me around the construction and was beyond helpful. The rooms themselves were great. Bathroom was spotless and beds were comfortable. They also included the basics like a hair dryer, tv and wifi. Once the updates are made I imagine this place will be in such demand! ”

“Really good hotel for the price. We had everything we needed for our stay. The view was beautiful! The small fridge and microwave came in handy and the beds were comfy. The Denny’s next door was an added bonus! We had a small issue with noise levels from an adjacent room but it was dealt with quickly by management when we brought it to their attention. Overall recommend and would stay again. ”

“I loved this place. There was an update in 2016 and someone made the mistake of getting white carpet. Live and learn. The bed was comfortable, there was a variety of pillows, the tavern shuts down at 9:00 so its all quiet by 11:00 p.m. The tavern is superb. I’d eat there again in a heartbeat. The place is old and has some quirks and that’s something that you either like because you like historical places or you don’t because you like modern things. I’d stay here again. ”
