“This has got to be the best kept secret on the coast! Unbelievable architectural details, bay views, quiet. Convenient dining and bar. Superior staff and helpfulness. Little things go a long way...real wine glasses, real coffee mugs, complimentary snacks and drinks provided in the room, fresh baked goodies in the AM. If the price were doubled, it would still be a bargain! This is our "go to" place whenever we are back in the area.”

“IPC is a "hidden gem." It was great, from "soup to nuts." Especially the staff, who were all friendly, polite, knowledgeable, flexible, and helpful. Thanks to all of them on our behalf, please: staff are what make all the difference at any resort. (SPA treatments are a must.) Just one suggestion: provide more TV options, especially the movies! (Old movies are best.) We will return....often.”

“The staff were so pleasant. It is an old Victorian hotel that is so cute with decor matching the era. It’s right in the heart of town with many eateries and shops within walking distance. We happened upon this hotel by accident but we’ll return in the future.”

“Nice place, great location close to everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. Only problem we had was deck lights and some of the interior lights needed bulbs changed as they did not work. Also if you plan to use the pool make sure you bring your own chairs as they removed all the table and chairs for Covid-19”
