“Great stay! Worked really well for us and our three kids. A roll away bed was provided as well as a plenty large refrigerator. ”

Indoor pool, outdoor pool, arcade, volleyball court, laundry, continental breakfast, tavern next door, super Stop and Shop across the street just a fun place to come back to after a day exploring the area. Should be rated a five star hotel for the price and the accommodations. ”

“I am local to Hull, Ma. just a short 30 minute ride to the hotel. On my birthday, I wanted my adult children and their families and a vacation beach getaway. However, we were unable to travel far. This hotel hit the mark for what I wanted for my birthday without the far commute. Firstly, I called to get an early check in. I called at 5:00am and the staff member (a gentleman) was top notch and called me back before 6;00am to let me know my room was ready to check in at noon. It was a Sunday....

“I traveled to this property for a solo trip to the Cape and thoroughly enjoyed by stay. My room was a bit dated but lovely just the same! The staff I encountered were amazingly pleasant and helpful! Also, being steps away from private access to Smuggler’s Beach was an awesome perk! 10/10 would recommend! 🤗”

“Pet friendly-Large field at the back of property for pups to run around. Great location- 15 minute walk to Front beach and Bear Skin Neck. Relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. Would definitely stay at the Rockport Inn and Suites again”

“Second time staying at the Hyannis Inn. Quiet property, with standard rooms with the pluses being large rooms, great AC and the location. Walking distance to Main Street of Hyannis and an easy drive elsewhere. Pool and hot tub can get crowded, but it’s still nice to have available. All staff especially at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Will be coming back again our next time in Hyannis. ”
