“The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event. Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night. It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order.”

There was basically no staff on hand and the ones that were there were overworked and not available for the most part. The meal in the evening was almost inedible the £30 steak was all gristle and I ordered a cheesy garlic bread which I came as a normal one, when I mentioned it to the waiter they didn’t do anything. “When we checked in late on Wednesday evening, the gentleman who assisted us was excellent. He was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made us feel welcome. He was truly brilliant. “Hotel was clean and nice My tv didn’t work and asked for it to plugged in properly Foond out they had fitted new ones and no one had the expertise to connect the Ariel So even though I checked in Tuesday and left Friday they still couldn’t get it fixed My colleague booked in and they gave her a room and key card then said it was cancelled which was a bit weird and the succeeded in re booking her the same room”
