This was without a doubt one of the best places we have stayed. The room was immaculate, and huge. The building itself is newly renovated and all the luxuries one would expect are included. Check in was super easy, all done remotely. The location was great, close to public transport for quick trip into Edinburgh central, it was a shame the trams were out of service, but it was easy to catch a bus. There are so many restaurants and pubs around the area so eating well and drinking was no problem. Should we ever return to Edinburgh we will definitely stay at #3 again.

Place is in a great neighborhood and the cleaning staff lovely. Admin staff responsive and helpful. The lockers for luggage are somewhat faulty and not easy to use. Don't always work. The rooms are nice and well kept, be mindful if you have heavy bags, no elevator. Also, rooms could use more outlets. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Solo stay in Edinburgh whilst family stayed elsewhere. This is an absolute find. Modern, stylish and so comfortable. Check in etc was perfect, and it’s located so close to the tram stop. Would definitely stay again.

It was a beautiful property with it being very quiet and pretty song birds in the morning. Great location for using the tram as well. The kitchen side of the room was very dark and no plug ins in the bathroom. The room also needed hooks to hang up bags, coats and hook to hang your clothes for steaming. I would stay there again (stayed 8 nights)
