The room was a good size, and breakfast had a wide selection of food (hot and cold) available. I didn't have any issues while there, and the staff were pleasant. I'd stay again if I was in the area for work.

We had the suite at the top of the tower and were elated. The room and the view was great. We could see Arthur’s seat and the Castle clearly from our window. The restaurant was great and I had one of the top 3 best desserts I’ve ever had. The bed was comfy, the staff was friendly.

Lee- Anne, Anjuli and Nisha made the entire four day stay truly memorable. They offered incredible service and were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the location, just out of the way of Old Town but close enough to all the sights by bus (right outside the hotel). We especially enjoyed the dinner menu as it catered perfectly to vegetarians with a great selection of vegan meals as well. Our room had a lovely view and we had a wonderful experience.
