The accommodation is ideally suited for couples, with easy access to the trams for convenient travel to the town, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel. The staff is exceptionally attentive and always greets us warmly. The level of hospitality is outstanding, and the room is impeccably clean. Upon my next visit to Scotland, I will certainly choose this establishment again, as we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and our experience here. I highly recommend it.

Very clean room. Would give 5star, but theres not really anywhere to eat. The concierge at front desk suggested getting food from the Morrisons superstore across the way. Apart from that I had a good nights rest.

Easy welcoming check in. Familiar room layout, convenient bar given location (though 5 minute walk to supermarket/tram and 10 minute walk to train station). Clean, but not warm (air conditioning unit still on summer mode) and rattling in one of the outside vents kept me up (probably not an issue for a heavy sleeper).

The room was clean, I was able to book a room for 8 nights just a day in advance (had to change my hotel very spontaneously), it's located outside of town but there are many bus stops and the tram station very close. The only "issue" I had was the breakfast. I know it's not a 5 star hotel but the breakfast was much smaller than I saw advertised.
