Unbelievable staff, probably the best i’ve encountered very thoughtful and proactive to ensure your stay is incredible. The rooms themselves were top notch as well with every amenity one could ask for and then-some. Should I be in the area again I will certainly come here once more.

A very nice hotel with a 'living apartment' concept; whilst there is no breakfast on site, plenty of options nearby at a reasonable rate and with a hotel discount. The daily wine hour between 5pm and 6pm was a nice touch to enjoy talking to fellow guests or just read a book by their library area.

Clean rooms , great customer service , Expedia recognized got a room upgrade that check in and a free bottle of wine. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location to Princess Street and Dean Village everything within walking distance.

Room was big for a Euro (I know, they’re not part of the EU anymore) and the drinkies in the lobby every afternoon were wonderful for meeting other guests. Endless food options nearby, fast access to tram services, quiet and safe area and room had aircon (I’m sitting in a four star hotel in Zurich at the moment and when couldn’t get any cool air, they came and showed us how to open the window!)
