Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh - Leith Waterfront by IHG
Breakfast was good but room wasn't clean enough. There were no proper heating and it was cold. Heater(clima )had very bad noise and and no heating but nothing changed. Fire alarm gone off at night and we were panicked . fortunately it was fake alarm.

A wonderful stay at the holiday Inn ( near the zoo) very spacious, very clean and organised-by friendly professional team. Well connected to airport and city. I hope to return when visiting Edinburgh again.
