"Very clean and very accommodating room was clean "

"The staff was helpful, everyone was really nice. Registration was easy and pleasant, the ladies there explained everything and even gave a good food recommendation in the area when i asked. My issues would be with the cleanliness of the room and the fact that i lost power on one of my mornings and had to delay my plans due to no electricity in my room. Also the fact that we stayed for a week and needed to go down to bar/coffee area to use the small microwace they had to warm up food for a family of 4 and then have to carry it all back up to 12th floor was very inconvenient. I did call to ask if they had microwave for the room and was told "no mamm we don't do that". Even though i had walked past a utility room on my floor that had at least 20 microwaves in there. I also feel like the area the hotel was in was not the best, you would not know that from the pictures though. Overall stay was just okay. "

"The room did not give an option for heat. The room only had a cool and fan option. The breakfast provided was unexpected. There was only cereal and an unsanitary waffle station. The like was served in giant 2 gallon containers at room temperature. No ice or refrigerator was given for beverages or milk that was supposed to be served cold"

"It was the WORST experience. The room we were assigned smelled like cigarettes, we requested to change rooms, and the only solution they gave us was to spray the room. Then they moved us to a room without air conditioning. The receptionist had the WORST intention. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THAT HOTEL."

"Loved this hotel. Close to the subway, clean lobby, the staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again "

"The only reason I stayed there was distance to the airport and the fact the amenities listed a bar. The bar has been closed for MONTHS so unwinding with a drink and dinner on site is impossible. I can understand if they recently decided to close their bar but after months don't you think the amenities should have been updated by now??? "
