"Airport shuttle was confusing as we ended up getting into a different holiday in shuttle."

"Nice hotel in an excellent area, we love the financial district. Elevators are slow, typical for an old building. Rooms are on the smaller side but very clean, and the be was very comfortable. Bathroom was fully stocked and immaculately cleaned. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we checked in very late. Safe, quiet neighborhood along with walking distance to everything. Only downside - no parking. We drove around for a while and had issues with the closest parking garage, but this is not the hotels fault. Suggestion the hotel should work with the local garages to offer discounts to guests. It was very expensive to park. Other than that, we had a great stay! "

"Staff had a terrible attitude when i checked in, did not inform me that breakfast and parking were extra costs, even though the listing makes it appear as though this service is available with the booking. They did not put enough towels in the room for my party of four and when I called the desk they told me they dont have overnight housekeeping. No garbage bins in the room either. The beds were very small, barely able to fit 2 average sized people. Would not stay here again, overall unwelcoming feeling."

"I had a stressful experience at check-in. I had just arrived from Korea and realized I didn’t have the credit card I normally use in the U.S. The staff member repeatedly said the card was required, so I had to open and search through two large suitcases at the front desk. Later, I was told that I could complete a credit card authorization form by email instead. If this option had been explained from the beginning, it would have avoided a lot of unnecessary stress. The staff member was also quite blunt and impersonal throughout the interaction."
